The Taste of Thailand Festival is a thorough sampling of Thai culture. The first day sees cooking demonstrations of traditional Thai dishes like green curry and Pad Thai paired with Thai boxing and dancing shows. A Ram-wong or circle dance demonstration closes out the evening.
The second day branches out to include Cha Cha, Jive and Rumba dancing interspersed with culinary demos like fruit carving and Ka Nom Bueang (Thai crepes).
All the while, patrons have access to Thai massage stations, handmade crafts, and food prepared by select Thai restaurants in Toronto.
