Pepsi® Celebrates Decades of Creating Pop-Culture History With Release of Super Bowl LII TV Advertisement. This is the Pepsi that’s forever fun. This is the Pepsi for every generation. Music: “Boogie Feet” by Kesha ft. Eagles of Death Metal. It was done by Pepsi in-house advertising agency. And, the commercial by Production Company is RadicalMedia and is directed by Hanna Maria Heidrich.

The spot is narrated by Jimmy Fallon, lyrics: The narrator says-

This is the Pepsi that your father drank, and his father drank before he met your grandmother. This is the first Pepsi on the moon. What? No.
Okay, fine. This might be the first Pepsi on Mars. This is the Pepsi for this model and his mom.

“This is the pepsi for this model… and his mom. Hi Cindy. Show ‘em how it’s done.” That model, like we’ve mentioned, is Crawford’s son, Presley Gerber. Take a look at the spot.

“This is the Pepsi that was right for Ray. And your Uncle Drew, who is still breaking ankles. This is the Pepsi that’s back from the future, and back for one last ride. “Jimmy Fallon narrates this Pepsi mini-retrospective, which features Cindy Crawford, her model son Presely Gerber, NASCAR champion Jeff Gordon, and the DeLorean Time Machine from Back to the Future.” Let’s not forget Brittney Spears’ cameo too.

The inventor of Pepsi, Caleb Davis Bradham was studying medicine and working part time at a pharmacy, before it all started. Due to a family crises he had to drop out from his pursuit in medicine.

He moved on to opening a drug store, which became the very place where Pepsi-Cola was invented in 1893 and named as Brad’s Drink. This new flavored drink, became an instant hit and after 5 years in 1898, Bradham renamed it, to the now famous, Pepsi-Cola.

At that time he genuinely believed the drink was more than just refreshing, but actually a “healthy” cola, aiding in digestion, getting its roots from the word dysPepsia, meaning indigestion. And that’s where, the first decade of Pepsico Strategy for their slogans was first derived from Health and Digestion.
