Jennifer Vasilakos said she was raising money for a stem cell procedure not available in the U.S. at a Santa Barbara, Calif., festival when a lost Warner drove up to her and asked for directions.
After hearing her talk about her struggle, Warner vowed to Vasilakos that he was going to help her, and after returning to his office, mailed her a check to cover not only her treatment, but travel expenses, food and lodging.
She says she now has enough to hopefully “continue my journey here on Earth.”
