A Houston mom has taught her preteen daughter an important lesson on the dangers of posting potentially embarrassing photos to the internet after a photo she posted of the child as punishment has gone viral.
ReShonda Tate Billingsley, an author of numerous books, looked through her 12-year-old daughter’s Instagram postings and found the girl had posted a photo of herself holding a bottle of her father’s alcohol with the caption: “Wish I could drink this Vodka.”
Billingsley responded by posting a photo of the girl holding a sign that said: “Since I want to post photos of me holding liquor, I am obviously not ready for social media and will be taking a hiatus until I learn what I should and should not post. Bye-Bye” Houston USA
